An intimate image and rare glimpse into the family lives of The Beluga, also known as ‘The White Whale’. This shot was captured in Canada’s high arctic in a remote location where 100’s of Belugas return each year to socialise. One of Mark’s personal favourites and it’s so special to be able to see the young beluga calves, just a few months old swimming alongside their mothers.
